Refund and Cancellation Policy

energi products have different refund and cancellation policies on a product-by-product basis. Due to the nature of our services, our live group programs/sessions, one-on-one private sessions, and private one-on-one mentoring programs have a no-refund policy. If there is a payment plan, there is no cancellation policy unless there is a trial period stated on the order page.
